Tiwi, Darwin -Full time, long term position

ECH Inc enables older people to enhance their independence and enrich their lives through independent living units, residential care centres and community services across SA & NT.

We are seeking a Site Maintenance Officer to join our maintenance team and be assigned to our Tiwi Residential Care Centre in Darwin.

The core responsibilities of this role include:

• Provide effective and efficient maintenance services to the Care Centre
• Perform site inspections and oversee regular maintenance
• Liaise with customers and residents on maintenance issues
• Oversee contractor activities on site
• Prepare monthly reports on maintenance activities

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate:

• Experience in maintenance and preventative maintenance environments
• Trade qualifications in a building or engineering field
• Knowledge of contractor management and supervision
• Entitlement to work in Australia
• A current drivers licence
