ECH Inc enables older people to enhance their independence and enrich their lives through independent living units, residential care centres and community services across SA & NT.

We are seeking dedicated Hospitality Staff to work within our catering, cleaning and laundry services at our Charles Young Residential Care Centre located in Morphettville.  Positions will be part of a casual pool to cover planned and unscheduled leave with the possibility of permanent part time in the future.

The core responsibilities of this role include:

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
• Launder and maintain clothing and linen required by the Residents of the facility
• Preparation and plating of food and beverages

To be considered for this role you will need to demonstrate:

• Preparedness to work within all three service areas
• Flexibility to work 7:30am – 3:00pm or 4:30pm-8:00pm shifts Monday to Sunday
• Knowledge of catering, cleaning and laundry processes, systems and equipment
• Previous hospitality or housekeeping employment experience within aged care is desirable
• Knowledge of Food Safety
