The provision of homes and services to more than 5,000 residents and clients each year necessitates a large workforce and corporate infrastructure. ECH provides continual training to all staff as required to maintain or increase their skills in the workplace and throughout the year an extensive range of learning programs are available. We welcome new staff with a comprehensive corporate induction, while also providing regular update workshops for refresher training.
