Quality Assurance

ECH Food Services has HACCP certification and a comprehensive, fully documented food safety plan and management system is in place. This ensures that food production (including the procurement, receival, processing and packing) and the delivery procedures are monitored by our HACCP and ISO quality system. 

We have been accredited to the requirements of AS/NZ IS0 9000:2000, Codex HACCP and GMP. Our premises and Quality Assurance documentation is regularly audited by SAI Global, the organisation authorised to award and audit this accreditation.

We ensure the quality of our service through a system encompassing a range of different processes including:

  • Providing training for our clients’ receiving and food service staff
  • Monitoring temperature at all stages of production and delivery
  • Routine product testing by a microbiologist
  • Establishing a relationship of communication and trust with our clients
