Our cook-chill process involves cooking food to appropriate temperatures and then rapidly chilling and storing the product in a controlled environment of less than five degrees Celsius. This ensures food safety and extends the shelf life of the product.

Our extensive range of chilled, cryovac packed and extended life food components provide the solution to operators who need to provide quality nutritious and safe meals when minimal qualified staff are available. As all our meal components are ready for immediate use, straight from the coolroom or refrigerator, a variety of simple regeneration methods can be used to quickly and safely heat the meals to correct temperature.

Delivery service
Food items or meals produced in our facility can be delivered straight to your cold storage. Transport takes place under strict temperature control. ECH Food Services currently delivers as far south as Victor Harbor and as far north as the Barossa Valley.
