How do I arrange personal care in my own home?
If you would like some support with personal care, you can arrange for a trained and professional ECH team member to come to your home between 7am and 8pm Monday to Friday (including Public Holidays).
The services you receive during your appointment are completely flexible. You might want your nails painted or your hair washed or your trousers ironed instead of a shave.
It is important that you feel confident about the people that you allow into your home and you can be sure that your ECH team member will make your safety, security and comfort their priority.
No matter your age, ECH personal care services are available to you on a self-funded basis. However, if you are aged 65 years and over, you may qualify for a Home Care Package (HCP) or Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP).
