Certified Food Production Facility
ECH Food Services has HACCP certification and a comprehensive, fully documented food safety plan and management system is in place.

We ensure the quality of our service through a system encompassing a range of different processes including monitoring temperature at all stages of production and delivery and routine product testing by a microbiologist.

Continuous Improvement

Supporting our business processes
At ECH we appreciate the growing complexity of the aged care industry and the demands that this places on our business units. As a result we have introduced the role of Business Services Manager at each of our Residential Care Centres and for our Community Services Division.

The new role will assist sites in meeting their compliance, occupational health and safety, quality, financial and continuous improvement goals while providing managerial support to our Residential Site Managers.

Analysing to improve business
This year we also employed a Business Improvement Analyst to critically evaluate systems and processes. We continue to strive to improve our efficiency in delivering services for the benefit of our residents and clients.
