ECH is committed to providing quality services that enhance the independence of our residents and clients and we have established a sound financial base to support our operational and growth aspirations.ECH is governed by a Board of Directors committed to our strategic directions and to achieving them using best business practice. Policy covering all of ECH’s activities is implemented by our dedicated staff under the direction of our Chief Executive and general managers.
All of our programs and services are provided by more than 1,200 staff with a very wide range of skills. A vast number of care workers, allied and other health professionals, maintenance teams, administrators and of course our invaluable volunteers enable our residents and clients to live a good life every day by delivering services with Integrity, Respect and Empathy.
