Entry Contribution Units

ECH has many quality ‘entry contribution units’ in excellent suburban locations. Residents are able to pay an affordable entry amount which means they do not own the residence, but have a licence to occupy the premises for the rest of their life or until they decide to leave.

Residents are no longer burdened by stamp duty, council rates or water rates, property insurance or other building associated levies. The financial arrangements of the entry contribution contracts are simple to understand and offer residents a clear picture of the current and future financial position of their Residence Agreement with ECH.

There are no deferred management fees when you decide to live in an ECH unit and residents are also protected by the Retirement Villages Act.

Quality fittings and fully maintained
ECH is committed to ensuring our new and refurbished units are well appointed, featuring contemporary décor and fittings and that each group of homes enjoys optimal amenity in terms of gardens, grounds and maintenance services. Units all include blinds, sensor lights, energy-efficient washing machines, refrigerators and reverse-cycle air conditioning as well as environmentally-friendly water heating, insulation and window filming to minimise heat transfer.
