Available at several locations, ECH Wellness Centres offer a welcoming environment and a team of specialists who can tailor a program that will help you achieve a lifestyle that matters to you.

Wellness Services

Feel more confident exercising. ECH Allied Health Group Programs and exercises classes are run by an Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist or health professional who support you to get you where you want to be.

Find new connections and live well into retirement with a wellness class that suits you. ECH Allied Health Group Programs include:

Available at several convenient locations, ECH Allied Health Services are ideal for anyone, regardless of age, wishing to make the most of their health and wellbeing.

Treatments are carried out by fully qualified and accredited professionals. You can access these services at our ECH Wellness Centres, from home or via telehealth.
