Terms and Conditions
- Promoter and Competition Period
- Promoter: ECH Inc. (SA, Limited Liability) ABN 32 930 142 652
- Competition Name: Discover Retirement Living at ECH and Go in the Draw to Win.
- Competition Period: The competition commences on Monday 8th December at 09:00 AM ACDT and concludes at 11:59 PM ACDT on Saturday, 31st January 2026 (the “Closing Date”). Any entries received after the Closing Date will be invalid.
- Eligibility and Entry
- Eligibility: Entry is open to residents of South Australia aged 55 years or older who are not current residents or employees of ECH or their immediate families.
- Entry Method: To enter the competition, eligible individuals must:
- Discover ECH Retirement Living by registering their interest.
- Registration of interest must be completed either by fully completing and returning the prepaid form provided by the Promoter, OR by calling 8159 4700 and registering their details with an ECH representative.
- Limit of Entry: Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Subsequent entries will be disqualified.
- Valid Entry: An entry is deemed valid only when all required information is accurately and completely provided to ECH.
- The Prize
- Prize Details: There are a total of five (5) prizes to be won. Each prize consists of $500 AUD worth of ECH Wellness Centre Services (the “Prize”).
- Inclusions: ECH Wellness Centre Services may include allied health consultations (e.g., physiotherapy, occupational therapy), fitness assessments, and fitness classes, subject to availability at participating ECH Wellness Centres.
- Exclusions: The Prize cannot be used for accommodation, retirement living fees, or any other services not offered by the ECH Wellness Centres.
- Non-Transferable/Cash: The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. Any unused portion of the Prize value will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed at a later date.
- Expiry: The $500 credit must be used within twelve (12) months of the date the winner is notified.
- Judging and Winner Notification
- Draw Date and Time: A random draw will take place on Monday, 9th February 2026 at 10:00 AM ACDT at ECH Head Office, 174 Greenhill Road, Adelaide.
- Winner Selection: The five (5) winners will be selected randomly from all valid entries received during the Competition Period. The draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Notification: The winners will be notified via phone and/or email within two (2) business days of the draw.
- Public Announcement: The first name and suburb of the winners may be published on the ECH website and/or social media channels on Tuesday, 10th February 2026.
- Unclaimed Prize
- If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim their Prize, or fails to satisfy these Terms and Conditions within one (1) month of the initial notification, the prize will be forfeited and no redraw will take place.
- General Conditions
- Privacy: By entering this competition, entrants consent to ECH collecting and using their personal information (name, phone number, email, address) for the purposes of conducting this competition and, unless they opt-out, for future marketing and promotional activities related to ECH Retirement Living and Wellness Services. ECH’s Privacy Policy can be viewed at https://www.ech.asn.au/privacy-policy.
- Modification: ECH reserves the right, subject to the relevant state or territory lottery legislation, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition or these Terms and Conditions.
- Liability: ECH and its associated agencies are not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, or consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with this competition or the use of the Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
