This team takes care of day to day and long term retirement village maintenance to ensure that the village remains a quality asset that you can be proud to live in.
The team also ensures that your home and any ECH provided appliances are maintained to a high standard.
The team take compliance with building codes and legislation very seriously, so you can be sure that when you make a maintenance request it will be addressed and completed to the highest quality, with attention to both detail and safety.
A team member is available to assist you after hours, seven days a week should you have something that requires emergency maintenance or repair.
With a preventative property maintenance program, including cleaning gutters, cleaning exhaust fans, air- conditioning maintenance and testing smoke alarms you can be sure that the team will not miss a thing in keeping your unit and village maintained to a high standard.
If you need assistance with repairs around your unit that is not covered by the standard maintenance fee paid by you on a weekly basis, then you can access the ECH Maintenance Plus and ECH Grounds Plus services for a small fee. The fees are charged at a set time based rate, and if ECH provides any required materials these will be charged to you at cost price.
These maintenance services are also available to ECH clients living in their own home, who would like to access Home and Garden Maintenance services from a reputable provider.
