Strength training is important for you to maintain a mobile and healthy lifestyle. Designed to meet the needs of people over 50 years of age, the Strength for Life program promotes health and wellbeing by the use of exercises where resistance is gradually increased, under the supervision of an accredited COTA SA fitness professional. A COTA assessment prior to commencement is required.
