Aimed at providing opportunities to connect with your local community and learn about a range of topics, Get Connected sessions run on a fortnightly basis with a variety of guest speakers presenting, followed by a Devonshire style afternoon tea.
This session ECH Exercise Physiologist, Aaron Warner discusses the role exercise plays in managing pain and aspects of your health, what you can do to look after your joints and health, and some tips on how to get started at home.
