Gardening is widely recognised for its ability to enhance endurance and strength, lower stress levels, and promote relaxation. Simply being in a garden can instil a profound sense of well-being, particularly during the vibrant spring season when nature’s beauty is at its peak.
Join us every Tuesday on this 8 week Spring program starting 17 October 2023.
Each week your facilitator will have topics to discuss such as Herbs from the Garden, Gardens through time and space, Intergenerational activity with Montessori children, Mindfulness in the garden, Physical healing, Japanese Rock Garden – Karesansui, Storytelling in the garden and Edible Flowers.
Supplies, plus tea and coffee included.
