All ECH properties are priced individually with different pricing options available.

When moving into an ECH property, you are doing so under a licence to occupy agreement which gives you the right to live in the property for as long as you want. ECH own the building and are responsible for maintaining it, giving you peace of mind your property will always be taken care of.

Once you sign a contract you pay a $2,000 fully refundable deposit to secure the property and have 90 days to move in.

Maintenance fees

Your weekly maintenance fee covers many expenses including:


Repairs and maintenance of all ECH supplied appliances including 24-hour emergency maintenance response


Council rates, water and sewer rates and the emergency levy


Building insurance and public liability insurance

Maintenance and up-keep of communal gardens, paths, lighting, and roadways


Scheduled internal and external unit maintenance

30-day refund guarantee on exit

When you vacate an ECH property you are guaranteed your refund within 30 days, or until probate is granted, you don’t have to wait for your unit to be sold and you do not have to pay any remarketing, refurbishment or vacancy costs.
