ECH in partnership with Therapeutic Horticulture Australia offer nature-based mindfulness activities such as:
- Wreath making
- Tai Chi sessions
- Posy making
- Nature texture exploration
Schedule of Activities:
10:00 am – 2:00 pm – ongoing, to take home
Create a Lavender gum nut treasure to take home
Learn how to create a simple flower crown to take home
10:00 am – 2:00 pm – contribute to an installation
Contribute to a giant flower wreath in situ
Leave a message on a Magnolia leaf
10.30 am, 11:30 am, 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm – Tai Chi- Flow
