Walking is a low-impact form of exercise that not only helps improve mobility and your physical health but also offers the chance to explore new places and enjoy the outdoors. Discover the health benefits of walking with friends as you explore new paths and enjoy the fresh air.
For our members, connection is just as important as staying fit and many groups finish their walk with a stop at a local cafe. Come for the walk, stay for the coffee.
