ECH is one of the largest integrated providers of retirement village accommodation and ageing care services in South Australia. The purpose of ECH is to promote self-determination and enable people to live confidently at home and have the best possible life as they age. All ECH programs and services are provided by more than 800 employees with a wide range of skills. The ECH team of home support workers, health professionals, maintenance teams, administrators and volunteers are committed to enabling people to live the best life possible as they age by delivering services with Integrity, Respect and Empathy. ECH is committed to providing quality services that enhance the independence of clients and has established a sound financial base to support its operational and growth aspirations.

Volunteers have provided tremendous support to ECH ever since it was established back in 1964. Thanks to the ongoing commitment from volunteers ECH has been able to offer its clients additional support and benefits such as increased independence and the opportunity of building long-lasting friendships.
