ECH Chief Executive Claire Scapinello
Leading South Australian home care provider ECH (Enabling Confidence at Home) has announced experienced leader Claire Scapinello as its new Chief Executive.
Ms Scapinello has more than 20 years’ experience in executive roles across aged care, retirement, commercial, retail, residential property, and consumer goods, specialising in customer experience and engagement.
Chair of the Board Rosina Hislop says Ms Scapinello is the ideal fit for the organisation as she is passionate about placing customers at the heart of decision-making and she is committed to improving the lives of older South Australians.
“Claire’s passion for listening, understanding, and responding to the needs and expectations of customers today, and in the future, will result in delivering the best possible client experience. With her warm and engaging style, she will continue to engage and empower our team,” Ms Hislop says.
“Claire has shown in previous roles that she consistently identifies areas that add value, while listening and acting on insights that drive continuous improvement by taking complex problems and distilling them into simple solutions.
“We are thrilled to welcome Claire as fresh leadership to our highly capable Executive Team and look forward to working closely with her.”
Ms Scapinello’s previous roles include Head of Brand and Customer Strategy at property group TOGA and National Brand, Customer and Marketing Manager at GPT Group, a leading ASX listed Australian diversified property group.
Most recently, Ms Scapinello held the role of Chief Digital Officer at RSL Life Care NSW where she was well known for customer centricity. Ms Scapinello says she is proud and honoured to have accepted the role at ECH and is looking forward to returning to South Australia, where she was born and raised, after 22 years in New South Wales.
“I am delighted to be joining ECH at such an exciting time and have the ability to build on the organisation’s existing capabilities in service delivery, excellence, innovation and empowering our clients and residents to live well and live long,” Ms Scapinello says.
“It’s my belief that by creating strong relationships, developing, and nurturing teams and co-creation of great ideas you can deliver remarkable results.
“I am committed to supporting and improving the wellbeing and lives of all within the ECH community and look forward to focusing on the needs and expectations of our clients, residents and staff today, and into the future.
“By building strong communities we will continue to foster concepts of promoting independence, wellbeing and living at home for longer.”
