Minor Trade Promotion Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter: ECH Resident Support Survey Promotion
The promoter of this prize draw is ECH Incorporated (ECH Inc) (ABN 32 930 142 652 located at 174 Greenhill Road, Parkside SA 5063.
2. Eligibility:
Eligible entrants may enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period by fulfilling all entry criteria:
Entrants must:
- be a resident of South Australia aged 18 years or older and
- Complete the ECH Resident Support Survey 2026 in full, between June 1st and September 30th 2026
- Entrants must be a current ECH Retirement Living resident with no current client services as of 30th September 2026
Employees of ECH Inc are not eligible to enter.
3. Promotion Period:
The promotion commences at 9am June 1st on and concludes at 4pm on 30 September 2026.

Entry into the prize draw is automatic upon completion of the ‘ECH Resident Support Survey 2026’ by the closing date. No additional entry form or payment is required.
Completion of the ECH Resident Support Survey 2026 is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Only one entry per person is permitted for this promotion.
5. Prize Details:
The total prize pool is valued at $549.
The prize consists of one (1) Romantic Moments Package at Oval Hotel Adelaide. The package includes:
– Overnight accommodation for two in a Parkland King Room
– Welcome drink on arrival
– Three-course dinner for two at Bespoke Wine Bar & Kitchen
– Breakfast for two at Bespoke Wine Bar & Kitchen
Bookings are subject to availability and blackout dates apply, including event, match and game days, Valentine’s Day and New Year’s Eve.
6. Draw Details:
The prize draw will be conducted on Wednesday 30 September 2026 at 4:00pm at 174 Greenhill Road Parkside SA 5063. The draw will be conducted by Alan Johncock, Head of Property and Retirement Living or if not available, another authorised executive of ECH Inc.
Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
The prize will only be awarded following validation and verification of the winner’s entry.
7. Winner Notification:
The winner will be notified directly by email and phone within 7 days of the draw using contact details on file. If ECH Inc is unable to contact a winner or cannot validate or verify an entry within 14 days of the prize draw, or the winner is unable to receive the prize that winner will forfeit the prize.
8. General Conditions:
The prize is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
ECH Inc reserves the right to:
- modify, suspend or terminate the promotion if necessary.
- disqualify any entrant who submits an entry not consistent with these Terms and Conditions or received outside of the promotional period.
ECH’s decision as promotor is final and binding.
9. Privacy:
Personal information including contact details provided with each survey response will be held by ECH Inc for the purposes of conducting the promotion, to inform service improvements or developments, for reporting and for communication purposes.
Personal information will be used for direct marketing purposes (for example, updates about services, events and offers) if respondents have opted in and provided express consent.
Respondents can opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe option provided in the communication or by contacting ECH Inc via phone on 1300 275 324.
All respondents have the right to access and correct any personal information held by ECH Inc.

10. Liability:
ECH Inc accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries including survey responses not received or delays in delivery or receipt for any reason.
ECH Inc is not responsible for any loss or damage suffered as a result of entering the promotion, accepting or using the prize or any additional costs associated with winning.
