We understand you want to look at feel your best every day. ECH offers tailored personal care services designed to support your independence, all under your own roof.

Our Home Support Team Members are caring, compassionate and they’re here to ensure you feel supported in your everyday. Rest easy knowing that personal care is always within reach with our home care and aged care services.

Our Home Support Team Members (HSTMs) help you stay on top of things with:

  • Assistance with washing, shaving, and hair care.
  • Support with showering, baths, and continence care.
  • Help with getting dressed and ready for the day.
  • Ensuring medications are taken correctly and on schedule.
  • Safe and reliable transportation, and assistance for appointments and events.
  • Friendly companionship and support for social activities.
  • Take you shopping and safely put groceries away.
  • Cooking and meal preparation to suit your dietary needs and preferences.

    Your questions answered.

    • You can arrange for a trained Home Support Team Member to visit your home between 7am and 8pm, 7 days a week, including Public Holidays. Contact us to schedule a visit.

    • Yes, when making a booking, discuss your requirements with one of our friendly staff and we’ll help you decide which of our services will suit your needs.

    • If you are aged 65 years or over, you may qualify for the Support at Home Program or the Commonwealth Home Support Programme). There may also be other government funding options available, depending on your circumstances. Contact us to learn more about your options.

    • While we can’t always guarantee the same worker for each visit, we have a dedicated team of skilled and trained Home Support Workers. This allows you to develop a trusting relationship with a small group of familiar caregivers who will support you across all your visits.

    No matter your age, Personal Care and Support services are available to you on a self-funded basis.

    If you are 65 or over, you may qualify for government funding – through either the Commonwealth Home Support Programme or the Support at Home program – and you may be able to use some of this funding to access this service.
