About the Opportunity
A Home Support Team Member (HSTM) empowers older adults to live independently in their homes while maintaining their dignity and lifestyle. Working one-on-one with clients, HSTMs provide the personalised care and support that makes this independence possible.
Each day brings opportunities to make a meaningful difference – whether preparing meals, assisting with personal care, helping with household tasks, or simply being a friendly companion. HSTMs also play a crucial role in coordinating medical support, from medication reminders to arranging transportation for appointments.
As trusted partners in their clients’ wellbeing, HSTMs carefully observe and document any changes in physical health, cognitive function, or social engagement. This monitoring ensures that any concerns are addressed promptly through proper channels. By fostering genuine, respectful relationships, HSTMs help their clients maintain control over their daily lives while accessing the support they need to thrive at home.

About the Opportunity
We have an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated professional to oversee the maintenance and enhancement of property grounds while leading a team of up to three grounds-persons in creating vibrant, well-maintained environments that directly improve residents’ quality of life.
This multifaceted leadership role involves reviewing maintenance schedules, coordinating landscaping projects, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and fostering a collaborative team environment that drives efficiency and excellence in all grounds-related operations.
Beyond day-to-day maintenance responsibilities, this position offers the chance to participate in strategic landscaping initiatives, implement innovative solutions, and contribute meaningfully to a community where residents truly “Get MORE.”
About You
You are an experienced professional who combines exceptional horticultural expertise with natural leadership abilities, capable of inspiring a team while maintaining meticulous attention to landscape aesthetics and resident satisfaction.
You will have comprehensive knowledge of groundskeeping practices and equipment maintenance, complemented by strong project management skills that enable you to organise complex maintenance schedules and landscaping initiatives with precision and foresight.
You will excel in both independent decision-making and collaborative team environments, demonstrating versatility in adapting to changing priorities while consistently upholding the highest standards of ground maintenance and safety protocols.

About the Opportunity
The Occupational Therapist serves as a vital member of ECH’s multidisciplinary team, conducting comprehensive assessments and care planning, to determine individuals’ capabilities and develop targeted care strategies that maximize independence and quality of life.
This role encompasses delivering a diverse range of one-on-one interventions, including health behaviour change counselling, home environment assessments, equipment recommendations and home modifications to enhance client safety and independence within their chosen living environments.
About You
The ideal Occupational Therapist is a compassionate and empathetic professional who combines strong clinical expertise with exceptional communication skills, enabling them to effectively advocate for clients and deliver individual treatment programs.
You will have meticulous attention to detail in maintaining accurate documentation and a genuine commitment to continuous improvement, while possessing the understanding and patience required to work sensitively with older adults and their families.

About the Opportunity
The Social Programs Team Leader leads and manages a centre-based respite service that provides quality care and support for ageing clients some living with stages of cognitive impairment.
This role involves comprehensive day program operations, encompassing the facilitation of client intake and admissions, assessment and care planning that addresses individual client needs and preferences with a focus on enablement and meaningful participation.
With strong team leadership capabilities, you will guide staff development, manage referral pathways with both internal and external stakeholders, and maintain operational standards while driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional service outcomes.
About You
You will possess mature leadership and management skills with demonstrated experience in supervising teams and coordinating complex operational activities within healthcare or aged care environments.
You will have comprehensive experience and understanding of person-centred care principles and behavioural management techniques within dementia care and cognitive impairment across the aged-care or disability sectors.
Additionally, you will demonstrate specialised knowledge of assessment processes, care planning, and therapeutic interventions that promote enablement and meaningful participation for our clients.
Essential Criteria:
- Diploma in Nursing, Aged Care, Disability or Community Services.
- Minimum 2 years in Aged Care, specifically in Dementia Care.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in leading teams
- Senior First Aid Certificate & CPR
- National Police Clearance
- SA Drivers Licence
Desirable:
- Qualifications in leadership or management

As a Physiotherapist within our multidisciplinary team, you will work one-on-one with clients to build strength, restore mobility, reduce pain, promote independence, and improve quality of life, allowing our clients to get MORE out of life. This position is based at Walkerville, additionally you will be required to conduct assessments through scheduled home visits.
This role has a high satisfaction rate as you work with our clients to keep them engaging in the activities they love to do with your thoughtful, dedicated care and professional knowledge. You will work with clients to provide clinical assessments, education, and treatment to achieve individual client goals through their personalised goal-driven rehabilitation program.
About You
You have a demonstrated understanding of the physical, emotional, and cultural needs of older people, including individuals living with Dementia.
Have a demonstrated genuine commitment to helping the aged community maintain and maximise independence and quality of life.
You own your work and take responsibility for your own actions, learn from mistakes and proactively seek opportunities to contribute, innovate and solve problems.
You are kind, even when a bit stressed out, dynamic and energetic. You are also flexible and adaptable to change.
You are passionate about caring for people in the community and will contribute your ideas and hard work to make ECH better every day.
