Allied Health Graduates

Want to learn on the job, be mentored by passionate and experienced people all while progressing your career?

As an ECH Graduate Program participant you will gain invaluable experience working alongside a multi-disciplinary team of Allied Health and Clinical professionals delivering integrated healthcare that makes a difference every day.

With a diverse workforce, supportive teams and direct access to senior leaders, you’ll have the opportunity to take initiative and drive meaningful change. You will also enjoy the immense satisfaction which comes with helping people in our care to get more out of life.

If you’re interested in being a part of a vibrant and driven team, who want to make a difference, our 2027 Allied Health Graduate Program is right for you.

Our program is for those completing their studies in 2026, graduating in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Exercise Physiology.

These roles will begin in 2027 as soon as professional registration is received.

As one of our graduates working in Allied Health, you will:

• Work directly with clients
• Provide treatment that centres around individual client goals and evidence-based care, rather than turnover of appointments
• Receive structured supervision including fortnightly 1-on-1 meetings with Senior Allied Health professionals in addition to peer mentoring
• Build your client portfolio – we will help you reach your potential with a gradual increase in clinical case load as your skills and experience develop
• Have opportunities to network with peers, other practitioners and leaders across the ECH business
