Our program is for those completing their studies in 2024, graduating in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Exercise Physiology.

These roles will begin in 2025 as soon as professional registration is received.

As one of our graduates working in Allied Health, you will:

• Work directly with clients
• Provide treatment that centres around individual client goals and evidence-based care, rather than turnover of appointments
• Receive structured supervision including fortnightly 1-on-1 meetings with Senior Allied Health professionals in addition to peer mentoring
• Build your client portfolio – we will help you reach your potential with a gradual increase in clinical case load as your skills and experience develop
• Have opportunities to network with peers, other practitioners and leaders across the ECH business
