    ECH Announces Board Appointment of Dr Helena Williams and Retirement of Dr Stephen Christley

    ECH has announced the appointment of Dr Helena Williams to its Board, effective November 2025. Dr Williams brings more than 35 years of clinical and leadership experience across primary care, aged care, and health system reform. She currently serves as Director and Deputy Chair of the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network Board and chairs the National Primary Care Committee for the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care. The announcement also acknowledges the retirement of Dr Stephen Christley after more than eight years of distinguished service to the ECH Board.

Every day at 11 o'clock, Gail and Dianne gather with their neighbours under the pergola of their ECH retirement village in Victor Harbor, sharing baked treats and creating connection. "It's the interaction, it's the being together," that Gail loves most about the daily morning tea.
