ECH stands for ‘enabling more confidence at home’. Our services exist to help you ‘stay who you are, where you are’ as you age.
As one of the largest not-for-profit providers of integrated retirement living accommodation and ageing care services in South Australia, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding levels of service and want you to be confident in both our quality of care, and our pricing.
We review our prices periodically to ensure they are competitive with other aged care providers, whilst ensuring that we maintain our high standards, and can continue serving our clients in the future.
Funding your care – Government and Self-Funded Options
Understanding how to pay for your home care should be easy. At ECH, we offer three simple ways to access the tailored support you need.
Government-Subsidised Care
Your care journey begins with an independent assessment from My Aged Care (MAC). This assessment determines the type and amount of government funding you are eligible for, ensuring your support is right for you.

Flexible Self-Funded Care
Want to start quickly or need more support than your government funding covers?
Self-Funded Care is always available, giving you complete flexibility and control over your services. Pay directly for the care you need, when you need it, whether you’re topping up an existing package or accessing immediate support while waiting for government approval.

What does “most common price” mean?
The most common price is the price that ECH has charged most often for a service over the previous two calendar months. This price is calculated at the end of August, October, December, February, and June.
It is not the highest or the lowest price, it is simply the price that clients were most frequently charged during the above two month period.
Prices may vary depending on where and how the service is delivered, for example, in the home, at a centre, in the community, or whether the service is provided individually or in a group.

ECH charges a administration fee of 10% of the price for the provision of Assistive Technology services.
Service group home modifications
