Free Adelaide Festival events in 2026. Please join us!
As part of our wonderful partnership with the Adelaide Festival, we have three FREE amazing, exclusive, tailored experiences for ECH clients and residents to attend. These events include a complimentary lunch or morning tea, and the opportunity to potentially meet some of the performers from the shows.
Three events have been hand selected and include:

Tina Brown Talks with Sarah Ferguson
Sunday 1 March, 12:00pm
Adelaide Town Hall
A “transatlantic media diva” is how Tina Brown described herself, but it doesn’t adequately sum up this remarkable woman. Brown, the author of The Diana Chronicles, The Vanity Fair Diaries, and The Palace Papers, has also spent four decades at the helm of many highly influential publications, including The New Yorker, Vanity Fair, Tatler and The Daily Beast, website. The diva will explain to Sarah Ferguson why the media matters and why keeping a diary is a good idea.

Shadow & Light
Monday 2 March, 12:30pm
Elder Hall
Experience Anthony Marwood in full flight with the Adelaide Symphony Orchestra. The beloved The Lark Ascending by Ralph Vaughan Williams – one of Marwood’s signature works – closes a performance that starts with Shostakovich’s enthralling String Quartet No. 2 arranged for strings. An elusive and enigmatic piece, it has at its heart a ghostly waltz, which gives way to an ending of heart-stopping virtuosity.

The Chronicles
Saturday 14 March, 2:00pm
Dunstan Playhouse
Pulsing with energy and sensuality, Stephanie Lake’s latest dance creation, The Chronicles, explores the cycles of life and inevitability of change. Twelve of the country’s top contemporary dancers meet a masterful electro-acoustic score by Robin Fox, which blends driving rhythms with the ethereal sounds of Young Adelaide Voices youth choir and baritone Oliver Mann singing live on stage. The Chronicles begins with the tiniest embryonic movement, through to explosive, pulsating life-force and back to the final quiet.
These are exclusive and rare events, with tickets secured for the first 20 people to each event who register their interest. Please click the links above to register your interest for the shows you are interested in attending.
