The Australian training institute LearnX has honoured our B Online Learning Management System, Evolve, with the Diamond Award for Learning and Talent Technology LMS at the national 2023 LearnX Awards.

The Award recognises Evolve as an effective Learning Management System as well as celebrates the dedication and resilience of our team in overcoming challenges. 

LearnX Awards are the pinnacle event, celebrating excellence and those at the forefront of the eLearning and training and development industry.

A Centralised Learning Hub: Evolve seamlessly connects staff to relevant learning materials in one central location, making it easy to upload and store completion certificates. The user-friendly interface caters to both mobile and desktop staff. 

Compliance Assurance: Evolve’s features, including allotted time and renewal cycles, ensure that learning is delivered, completed, and renewed within the required timeframes. 

Mandatory Training Goals: ECH has established core Mandatory Training Goals using streams to organize and deliver elements relevant to specific areas, roles, or tasks. 

Efficient Reporting: Evolve’s configurations allow for the generation of easily shareable reports across the business, using real-time data instead of cumbersome Excel spreadsheets. 

On-the-Job Assessments (OTJ): Evolve significantly reduces paper-based records through OTJ Assessments, enabling staff to access, mark tasks, save progress, complete them later, or pass them on to colleagues. 

Real-time Compliance Snapshot: The Evolve team view, automatically applied to any delegated manager, provides a real-time snapshot of the team’s compliance status, allowing managers to identify and address non-compliance independently.
