Who are we looking for?

If you are completing your studies in 2022, then this will be the first step towards developing your career. We are looking for graduates in:

  • Physiotherapy
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Exercise Physiology

Roles to start in 2023, as soon as professional registration is received.

What you will be a part of

As one of our graduates working in Allied Health, you can expect to:

  • work within a multi-disciplinary team including podiatrists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dieticians, music therapists, massage therapists and fitness instructors
  • get direct client exposure and opportunities to network with peers, other practitioners and leaders across the ECH business
  • build your client portfolio – we will help you reach your potential with a gradual increase in clinical case load as your skills and experience develop
  • provide treatment that centres around individual client goals and evidence-based care, rather than turnover of appointments
  • be provided with structured supervision including fortnightly 1-on-1 meetings with Senior Allied Health professionals in addition to peer mentoring
