Garden Activities – Physical Healing in the Garden

Cost: $5 co-contribution plus $45 from your Government funded Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), or $50 from your Government funded Home Care Package (HCP)

Do you enjoy being in gardens and nature? Curious about new topics? 

Join us for a garden workshop and learn all about physical healing in the garden

Learn from ECH staff about adaptations in the garden to improve balance and strength, stroke recovery and arthritis.

ECH’s Get Connected programs provide opportunities to learn new skills and build meaningful social connections facilitated by ECH staff and volunteers.

There will be tea and coffee, and all resources provided for allocated activities.

Bookings are essential.

There is a subsidised cost for this workshop of $45 with Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP) funding plus $5 co-contribution, or $50 with Home Care Package (HCP) funding. Alternatively, this can be cost can be self-funded, please enquire for this cost.
